Summoners

I don't know if I selected the good board,sorry ) Hey!

I don't know about you guys, but recently I reinstalled LoL and I started to have a problem with summoner spells. Every time I get into a game ( it doesn't matter what mode) my summoners reset to cleanse and exhaust.Did I miss an update on this or is a bug? If it is a bug ,is there any way to fix this problem? It really annoys me.Not because it's too much work to change the summoners back...Because it gets frustrating after some time for me. I would welcome any suggestions or thoghts, Thank ^^
