Ranked Matchmaking Issues Are Better Yet So Worse

I like the new matchmaking for ranked. It helps a lot with afks. However, I start a queue and it takes a long time.....if it was because of my lane preferences I would be fine with that. However, if I cancel my queue and start same one again. I get a match right away.......another issue I have during champion selection is it freezing on people during their picks....and then I get booted because I cant select my champ.....and its is not my internet.....I hardly get online on forums....but losing lp for no reason and wasting my time is complete nonsense. I figured you guys would of fixed it by now.
