MYMU mages and Cass

I feel there was a general reshifting of the ap ratios of the mages. Brand and vel ratios were nerfed but got back some ap in their passives. Zyra lost some ap but she gets more plants. Mal got a lot of void lings now.

The problem is Cass just lost ap with real no compensation.

She no longer gets 30 percent ap from passive. no longer can get 15 magic pen from sorc boots. and her E needs max cdr to get to 0.5 second cooldown and does 10 percent less damage to poison targets. she also takes longer to get six items vs staking her old passive.

Those are massive nerfs and the only buffs where 30 percent more on her Q and a new W that is hard to use.

Am I the only one seeing this?
