Leblanc passive with Fizz ult. Bug? or Riots Stupid?

I recently played a game against Leblanc when i was playing fizz. I noticed everytime i ult leblanc she can just use her e passive to switch my ult that I already hit her with to her clone? This mechanic is utterly fking stupid. How are you suppposed to even play that match up if your fizz ult cannot physically do damage to her because she can just switch the ult to a clone and w away. How stupid is riot to even make a thing possible. The animation when it happens looks fking retarded like its been coded by monkeys. Make this thread popular to show how fking stupid riot is.

I can also hit rr twice I'm pretty sure and itll absorb the ult for me. It isn't stupid. It's called counterplay and using your kit.

And when Cait ults LeBlanc she can RR and her clone will block it for her. She is a champ for smart people not gorillas. You have to use everything you have, like modifying the traiectory of your 2nd Q hit as Ahri with ult, so you can hit twice with Q an enemy which tries to dodge.
