Why when you queue up as 4 man premade?
Why does anyone get their offrole? Are you telling me theres not a single top queued for solo Q? Doesn't feel like it makes a lot of sense

Its queue, whoever is in line gets in. It would be stupid to expect that system would look through hundreds of people in queue to find one with primary role thats secondary to some of you and get him in. They choose first person in queue.
I don't think that's stupid at all, if you have a ADC primary Support Primary Mid Primary Jungle Primary, it would take an instant to find a top primary. It also isn't just simply queue or primary/secondary would make no difference. It obviously has a preference and tries to get you your primary first
