Stalker's Blade

Wondering if activating stalkers blade on an enemy champ procs the boot enchantment furor or the phage unique passive rage? As alistar, once once I hit em with stalkers blade do I get a MS buff if I have furor or rage? My plan, in peeling mode as alistar, if an enemy jumps onto my teammate, I hit em w/stalkers blade then walk up to em real fast and q them, then activate randuins or knock em back to my teammates
