Way more needs to be done with leaverbuster

I am so tired of the number of afk's I know LeaverBuster catches a few and gives them a short time out but it needs to be more strict. If someone only quits one time ever in over a month, the system can tell they don't do this constantly. But these people have to be doing it way more often than this.

Yes you may have bad internet, but that isnt the responsibility of 9 other players that you just wasted 20 minutes of their play time for. No, I dont want to hear about "4v5s can be won, etc, etc" its a team game, you need to be ready for the commitment. Heck, on CSGO you get can 7 day bans for leaving a game 3 times
