Thank you Riot, for your "Riot pls" post

Firstly, let me say I'm thankful for your communication about your priorities. A lot of us value this greatly, and it gives us confidence in the future. As a software developer, I know how hard it can be to axe other features and prioritize paying down the technical debt, and I applaud you for doing so in a responsible manner.

Secondly, I'm very disheartened by the reddit flamewar of reaction. I've decided to leave reddit over this. I really hate the current "men's club" memes of making fun of anyone who tries to combat verbal abuse, or who tries to make the game more welcoming to women and minorities. I think Riot is doing a great job at addressing these problems and hope they continue to do so.

Although I wish we had replays already, I can see the reasons we don't, and I wish you good luck in your development efforts on the new client and on the back-end infrastructure. I'm really looking forward to whatever preseason changes you have planned.

Keep up the good work, and remember some of us out here trust you and your work. Don't let the circlejerk get you down.
