This is probably the most fun I've had with this game for months

First of all, Riot, thank you for this patch.

Thank you for the top lane buffs, and especially thank you for the AP item changes.

I've been waiting for patch 8.4 for 2 weeks now since I saw on the PBE all the AP item changes. As an avid Kennen player, I creamed my pants was really excited when I saw how pretty much all the items that don't give mana would be viable on Kennen. Spellbinder, Morellonomicon, Liandry's, Spooky Ghosts, Rabadon's Buffs... I feel spoiled.

Riot, I realize you get a lot of hate for some of the changes you make, but this is a huge step in the right direction.

So thank you.

(but could Spellbinder active movement speed get a small buff-maybe from .3% to .5% increased movement speed per stack? It feels like you buy it for the activatable AP, not movement speed)
