Robots?

So my friend and I played this intermediate bot match where we lost because we couldn't carry. Two teammates who are suspected bots, went 0/11/0 and bought only boots. Is this intentional? Obviously I know that you don't really care about bot matches, but I barely get any enjoyment out of this game these days anyway. You can dismiss this as a QQ thread, but this is some cancerous stuff.
