Personally, I don't think he's as good of a jungler as other champions. But if you want to play him, that's your decision.

Graves has ridiculous damage to make up for his two-shot-only basic. Most of his kit is focusing on dealing big damage in as little casts as possible. Not unlike, say, Lux, but with a smaller range. Your damage will mostly be dependent on your abilities. So if that sounds ideal, then go for it.

I wouldn't say he's broken anymore but he is pretty damn strong at the moment. Though I liked him more as an ADC before they reworked him.

Every champion in league is good, you just have to find which one works or feels most comfortable, takes time to do that

He is kind of useless, if behind. Just like Kindred, you have to get some kills, so you will do the damage. His blind is OP.

I always rushed Yomuus then Phanotm dancer from their go full armor pen he is freaking strong

If you think he's fun get him, he's been nerfed repeatedly but he still maintains some strong points.

He is really good in the jung and top. Takes some knowledge regarding builds though. might wanna look some up.
