Seems about right. The silver 1 was probably on promos, effectively giving him gold MMR (Possible Gold 5 or 4) or he was duo with your G2 or G3, averaging an MMR of G4-G5 for both. The P% probably had bad MMR as well giving him Gold MMR. Your gold were G2 and G3 but the silver so that was balancing the P4 (also the MMR between teams can be up to 250 points to give 50 points difference per member)
So the riven on the enemy team has MMR like 3-4 levels below her current rank, and your Braum support (Silver 1 currently) has such high MMR he's expected to outrank you. All in all, despite how skewed this looks, this is a ~Gold 3 MMR game
