Halp - Riot's Normal Game Matchmaking

Hi Guys,

So I've been playing this game for a really long time every season I play enough to reach D5 and just start playing normals. And very often I get hit with the most WTF matchmaking.

What can I do to avoid games like this? Frankly when u play vs master and challenger with a bunch of sub lvl 30s is not very fun, this started happening in S2 and continued to today. Does it help if i start tanking normal game MMR?
