Bounty Gold..

We are at a crossroads here in league of legends. Too long have players of higher skill been placed higher on the ladder in our ranked system!!! These players practice for hours while others simply aren't as dedicated to learning the game. This is a problem!! The players who kill other players and their minions without regard to the other players feelings are ruining this game!! It isn't fair that someone learns systems in the game such as "wave management" or "Farming" or "kill pressure awareness", this is systematic RANKEDISM!! Our goal is to level the playing field between those dedicated to climbing the ladder and full ad annie mains!! We have implemented a new system, where if you spend too much time learning our game we will place a bounty on your head!! We are considering "taxing" the highest earning player in other ways, like redistributing 60% of their earned gold to the enemy team, to make the game fair and balanced, this way sneaky tricks like split pushing, or objective focus does not go unpunished. Anyone who thinks this is unfair is rankedist, and ignorant.
