Udyr's "Turtle" stance should actually be "Tortoise" stance

First, the stance picture, from league wiki: http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/4/46/Turtle_Stance.png/revision/latest?cb=20130929123410

Actual tortoise (one example): https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/aa/A._gigantea_Aldabra_Giant_Tortoise.jpg

Notice the similar pronounced hump in its shell?

Whereas a turtle has a much flatter and smoother shell with no such hump: http://animalia-life.com/data_images/turtle/turtle3.jpg

Also in ancient Rome they had a defensive formation called the "tortoise" or "testudo" formation, not the "turtle" formation.

His spirit guard skin makes some references:

"Indestructible!" "Push through their defenses." "Give no ground." "Maintain guard." "Defend all sides." "Slow and steady." (Tortoise and the Hare) "The turtle is one part fortress, one part mobile home." (TORTOISE)

But again, there is no such thing as a "turtle" battle formation, only "tortoise".

Also, turtles are aquatic and tortoises are terrestrial (thought I should mention that as tigers, bears and even phoenixes all live primarily on land).

Also, they kind of flip-flop between tortoise and turtle for things (FYI), such as skins, quotes, skill images, etc.

More like it should give him damage reduction/resistances instead of that random lifesteal. Monkey is frenzy(movement and attack speed) Tiger is fast(attacks furiously) Bear is strong(pedobear ms and stunning hit) Pheonix is a legendary fire bird(AOE Fire dps and every 3rd attack) Turtle shell shield(lifesteal?)

Damage reduction would be stupid on Udyr as he is a mobile dps fighter, not a tank.

Scientifically turtle can be used to refer to the whole order of both turtles and tortoises. Sea turtle is used to refer to what is commonly known as a turtle while tortoise is used to refer to the closely related land dwelling turtles.

Also in ancient Rome they had a defensive formation called the "tortoise" or "testudo" formation, not the "turtle" formation.

Latin didn't differentiate between the words turtle and tortoise. Testudo translates into English as both turtle and tortise. Both names make equally as much sense from a purely linguistic context, tortoise is only used because of the historical and geographical contexts. With the Roman Empire being mostly concentrated in the Mediterranean they would have encountered a lot more tortoises than turtles.

This is reflected in the name of the order Testudines, which stems from testudo.

Also, turtles are aquatic and tortoises are terrestrial (thought I should mention that as tigers, bears and even phoenixes all live primarily on land).

This is one of the strongest arguments against tortoises, because Udyr's stances come from the Chinese Cardinal Directions. The animals from these directions also represent elements, the two which are always constant are the bird (phoenix) for fire and the turtle for water.
