crab and objectives

I don't understand why the crabs and objectives are so hard for laners to concept. Yeah its not everything, but when I'm jungling and none of my laners ever leave lane to come help with anything other than baron, its a problem. Idk if its just my shit tier low elo or what but it happens 98% of the time. Thoughts?
