Why not just figure out what you want him to do, and focus on changes to his kit that will allow him to perform well there, rather than buff him to the point where he can 1v1 easily with a Warmogs. He's such a weird abomination, not good, but better in jungle or top lane than as a support. Usually doesn't win but is annoying and has absurd damage for no reason.
I play him support a ton on my smurf and still am undefeated. Tahm support has literally no counters besides janna and morg

Well Tahm Kench is considered a support, TANK so of course he's gonna be very hard to kill. And do you ever build any health? Because Tahm's damage can be most effective on squishies but not so much fighters or tanks because they usually build health into their items.
