Rengar is becoming the new Ryze...

It seems like no matter what we do to him he's never healthy. He can sit in his jungle and afk farm all day because manaless. He is extremely oppressive to play against when he has brush control, he hyperscales thanks to free AD from necklace, and he has a ton of safety thanks to stealth and free qss in his kit. And he also has a root. Almost forgot that. To say Rengar's kit is loaded would be a massive understatement. I expect to see a rework every year on him.
