So I get that you're supposed to save E to chase when Ganking. Let's say I walk into lane from behind to Gank.

What combo do I launch?

AA - Q - AA... E to jump then W then more Qs? Or should I just fire off the W immediately?

What is the late game (2-3 items) kill sequence?

R... AA-Q-AA-W (E and additional R to follow up) sound good?

What are the bread and butter kill combos?
