small little suggestion for twitch for the upcoming assassin update

passive deals increased damage to jungle camps.

just help him through his early game a bit and say hey, we do think jungle twitch is a thing to consider. make it more feasible outside of odd rune page setups.

or if its deemed a bit much for leashes when hes adc, make it conditional like he took smite/machete, or it ramps up when he has 6stacks on the camp etc.
