I hope that when the mage update comes, off-builds won't be treated like AP Xin is right now

The previous changes put the "normal" Xin way over the top while doing literally nothing for AP Xin. In total, they were even small nerfs because the AD Ratio barely does anything, the crit doesnt benefit him a lot and the cooldown changes on his E didnt do him well either (with rank 5 E and 40% CDR, before you would get a 3 second CD on your E if you can get off 3 Q hits, which was pretty crucial to his combo. Now its 4.2 seconds, which is a pretty high increase). Now, instead of reverting those retarded buffs, you nerf the attack speed on his W which further hurts his game flow. Why dont you just put him back to his previous state and buff him somewhere else?
