Please give the option to regular cast Viktor's E back...

I quit playing for months now because im not feeling this season but I came back for some random fun and decided to give Viktor a go.

He was my most played champ that got me all the way through silver into Plat the past couple years.

And what do I find when I get into the game...

Riot has completely removed the option to cast E normally.

I smart cast literally every single skill in this game EXCEPT FOR VIKTOR'S E.

I literally cannot think of one possible reason why you would force people to smart cast it without giving them the option to cast it the other way.

I've shot hundreds of thousands of lazers in my day and I cant aim that smart cast lazer for shit.

Please, just give us the option back to cast it normally. Don't take away methods of executing commands that is completely ridiculous.
