Soraka Jungle QoL Buffs.

Q should heal you after damaging a jungle monster, maxing Q should deal nice damage and heal you (only you) for a decent amount. maybe 20% or 15 at rank 1. Also E doesn't deal damage to jungle monsters, that would come in handy if you would so choose to jungle soraka.
