Hey Riot I really enjoy the new Shen, he is super fun!

He is honestly quite fun and very strong top lane right now. I feel he might get his Q attack speed nerfed if he becomes a problem though.

I just had one suggestion if you don't mind, could his ult shield have a lower base but a %bonus or %max health scaling on it? He almost never builds AP except for the occasional scepter or nashors(seen a few build it).
