Talon Parkour Bugs

So I encountered 2 odd things with Talon's new e on Howling abyss and I am wondering if anyone else has had one or both things happen (on any map)

1. I e'd a tower (second tier purple side) but died (to Kog ult, if that matters) before my jump animation even started. When I got back that tower was on cooldown anyway.
2. Later in the same game I e'd the right hand purple nexus tower and it did NOT go on coooldown, allowing me another jump right away (it went on cd the second time)

Riot if you see this you might want to look into it. The second instance was in the midst of a team fight.
