Wukong Decoy Buff suggestion

Active: Wukong enters invisibility and gains bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds, leaving behind a decoy of himself. After 1.5 seconds the decoy vanishes and deals magic damage to all nearby enemies, slowing them by 50% for 1 second.

bonus movement speed: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60%

I always felt that Wukong needs this buff to fool around his opponents. It would be really funny
