Matchmaking Overhaul

I have been playing league for almost two years and hate to say that I really am having a hard time continuing to play League of Legends. The one and only reason for this is how horrible your ranked queue matchmaking is. The primary problem is in the ranked 5v5 queues. There have been too many times where my friends and I, none of us being over Silver IV soloq, get paired against teams that out class us entirely. The reason being we consistently are matched against a team that has Diamond, Platinum, and Gold players (Not just one, against 3-4 much higher ranked soloqers). When is this ever fair? Why would anyone want to play this game when they continuously get forced to play games they are guaranteed to lose the second they hit the accept button? I understand that there is a different ranking system for team queues, but there are still things Riot could do to make this a fair game.

I know this can sound like a trash Silver player complaining, but when there is a system that it is so bad that it makes people want to not even play, there is something that needs to be fixed.
