How to blow riots mind with a simple change

What if we gave 1 player from the losing team 5 points up based on how valuable they were on the losing team.

Why you should do this:

1. Players wont bi+#h all the time because theyll want those 5 points.
2. Players who only lost because of team wont have lost 2 hours of their lives. If they previously won a game then lose one they end up with wasted time.
3. The points will be voted on so it wont be stat based meaning supports can get love too. Make it mandatory to vote after the game is over. Player with the most votes gets saved from hell.
4. More teamwork, better experience, better game.

Also i have an idea to make a join game option where players can opt to jump into a game another player left with no risk of them losing points but able to gain some if they manage to win.
