When the fuck were the Collision changes? Constant blocking?

I haven't seen so much fucking minion block in my life than in the last month n a half.

I recall the one fucking game I was minion blocked into cait traps 8 times in a 5 minute period. When I play Darius I can pull champs from Africa. Just constant minion block every single game, not just for me, I notice for everybody in the game. And only recently. Sure there were minion block issues before, but now, what the fuck is going on????
