Riot: You MUST Do Something About AFK/Leavers In Ranked!

You can check my match history. Almost literally 99% of my losses have come from AFK's. I used to be Silver IV before I unfortunately got demoted, then I stopped playing for awhile because I got busy then I picked the game back up again. Admittedly, I lost a bit of fair games but it happens to the best of us and I actually began to turn it around (I usually always jump right back to Silver IV upon being demoted to Silver V).

Then tragedy struck.

Game after game after game, had an afk or a leaver or someone who DC'd at the wrong time. Hell, even I DC'd a couple of times due to bugsplat errors and the like, and after it happened to me, I realized that I shouldn't be too angry at the people who leave, but at Riot and their retarded system. Because I have had so many afk's, my MMR has taken a MASSIVE hit. It is extremely bad. For every 2-3 wins, it is erased by one loss. How is it fair for me to be put in this position due to things that were completely out of my control? When I'm in a game where I don't have an AFK, I absolutely dominate. Again, you can check my match history. I even have a couple of games there where my score isn't great, but all I had to do was split-push my way to victory because I began to implement winning strategies into my game, and I've turned hopelessness into sure-fire wins for me and my team.

But I can't be a miracle worker all the time, and I can't climb like I should if I'm forced to play with people whose MMR are extremely low perhaps due to the fact that THEY have had AFK's as well, (Or go AFK themselves) which means that I am doomed to be surrounded by such players.

In fact, in my most recent Garen game (again, check my Match History), I was surprised to find out that I was matched with a Bronze III player. He then preceeded to say, "Wow, you must really suck or I must be pretty good xD." Not knowing that I was put into my position BECAUSE I HAD A STRING OF AFKERS.

IN FACT, I HAD AN AFK -IN THAT VERY SAME GAME-. I still won due to an amazing play I made. Not to toot my own horn but I teleported in their base and took down their Nexus solo while they were in my base and almost took down mine, but I did it during a teamfight and secured our win late game, despite the fact that it was a 4 v 5.

But again, I can't win games like this all the time, and now I feel as if I have to officially wait until the season starts to get my just desserts. It's just mind-boggling how Riot after so long still has no idea how to stop punishing players for Leavers/AFKers. And their entire MMR system is trash. I continued to play Ranked in SPITE of all the leavers because I kept saying to myself, "It'll eventually even out."

But that's the problem. It WILL all even out.....EVENTUALLY. Could be in a 100 games, could be 200, could be 500, who knows with this sytem. And I don't want to have to tack more time consuming games to balance out my MMR due to the fact that it only took a handful of AFK's to completely shred it again. It makes absolutely no sense to me.
