There's no point to playing ADC's in URF

Unless you're Vayne or Twitch. Every other champion gets to do what they like 3 times as fast, whilst ADC's keep their attack speeds capped off and are banished from using Lethal Tempo. Dark Harvest Twitch is damn fun and doesn't require you to attack fast, but that's the only viability you can find from an ADC.
