Why Annie is getting another skin, over one with little

But on a serious note. Imagine if a champ without many skins got a skin... and it sucked. Would you buy it? Would Project Tahm Kench, who basically looks like a furnace with feet, make any sense? What would happen when he eats them? Does he digitize them or something? Or what if they made another recolor skin like King Rammus? What about Green Ahri? Would you really bother buying it? Would it be worth the money, or would you rather have Project Yi, Hextech Annie, Chrome Rammus, and Popstar Ahri?

And this isn't even thinking about from a business standpoint- how much less money would Riot make for purposefully focusing on champs with less skins, even if they're not as good? How much more would they make if they made another awesome Ultimate skin?

You can't tell me most of Annie's skins are super badass, I mean, don't lie, they all look amazing. Panda Annie? Yes. Frankentibbers? Yeah! Reverse Annie? HELL YES!!! And this new Hextech? Fucking amazing!
