LeBlanc should have a mana cost associated with using her W the 2nd time

LeBlanc feels really powerful these days. I'm honestly not exactly sure what it is about her kit that made her stronger than before the rework. With that said, one of LeBlanc's strengths is her ability to use her W jump to bait out enemy skill shots, only to blink back be hitting her W a 2nd time. I think this is a good move for her, but there should be some sort of mana cost associated with using her W the 2nd time. She can force her opponent to use their skillshots and run out of mana while she barely has to use any to be a threat.

I don't think she needs any work, but I think some sort of mana cost associated with the double blink would help even her out and force LeBlanc players to have some opportunity cost associated with her blinking around everywhere.
