How Do I Play Late Game As A Carry

Hey guys, So I main jungle and mostly tank junglers. I find that these give me the best success in terms of winning because I can gank early and I can initiate team fights late game to give us an advantage. Champions like these are sej, zac, naut, amumu, etc. I've been wanting to get into carry junglers recently and I pretty much do well in most of my games for the early game, pulling off successful ganks and grabbing kills, denying enemy jungle their camps, etc. But I have no idea what to do late game as a carry jungler since I'm not the one engaging all the time. I was wondering if anyone would give me some pointers on what carries do late game, do you wait for someone else to engage? Because sometimes I don't have teammates that will ever engage and we just throw leads by letting them catch up instead of team fighting. I just want to learn how to play kha, lee, and other carry junglers in the late game. Thanks for reading Ribbet
