Infinite HP Regeneration Zoe Bug!

I found this bug while I was trying Jungle Zoe. Jungling with her was pretty hard but I come across this bug. As you all know League of Legens introduced us with a new OP champion names Zoe and as always she is bugged. You can get infinite HP regeneration with Zoe and this video show how it is done... Haven't tried it on normal or ranked games but if it works there go get your Free ELO guys! :)

Did the exact same thing nothing happened though? only thing different is theres no soraka. Im 99% sure its the hp regen is on and the sidebar is glitched or got changed for video cause when i put hp regen on then its the exact same

This looks just like having the practice tool super HP regen on. I don't buy it. Reproduce in a custom without practice tool
