Stuck in bronze because of trolls
How do I get out of bronze if my team trolls me all the time? I was silver 4 in season 7 but lost most of the games for season 8 because I had AFKs or trolls.

Stop blaming your team and look at your own performance. That's how you improve.
By admitting first off it is more so you then anything else stopping you from advancing, then getting better at the game.
If you have people going afk and trolling, so does the enemy. If you yourself don't do it your team has 4 chances to get an afk troll, the enemy team has 5. Long term that means for every 4 games it happens to you, it happens 5 times to your opponents. Still no excuse to get stuck.
