A noob's frustration about smurfs

I know I am just a new player only been playing for just over a year, but something I've noticed again and again, is how players who have reached a bracket where it gets to hard for them to play for what ever reason, I think it is because they got totally low thoughts about them self and they are feeling sad and miserable, so in reality I should feel sorry for them, they feel the need to go play lower end bracket, Bronze in any case, where noobs like me play. I see the point in such behavior, it is clearly to make them feel good about them selves, to nurture the illusion that they in fact are good players and just unlucky with there team m8s and that is the reason why they are not winning in there designated bracket. I totally get that, but those type of players make the game NOT fun for my type of players. Yeah those noobs on the winning team might think it is fun for the moment and they welcome the free win. In the long run tho they will find it not fun because they will start to notice they only win games when someone on there team is 32/0/2 and the rest of the team is lucky if they got a kill. The typical smurf will usually play a champion on a lane where they can bruise there way through a game and get a lot of kills. I am not saying that Riot should do major changes to there system, they clearly does not care about this type of behavior, but I wish that the mentality from those people who feel the need to smurf would change, that they maybe would try to play support more and maybe not care so much were at they win or lose and go in to a mentoring role, where they, instead of making the game miserable for us noobs, would help us succeed in becoming better players and give us the satisfaction in completing bracket advancement because we earned it instead of it being based on luck if there is a smurf in our game or not.
