Solo Q on the new patch

How do i play solo q on the new patch? Cant find the queue button

Also, seems like solo qs being punished a little too hard lately Other examples: party bonus, crafting update.

The new UI is 10/10 though.

Edit: I Found it you have to select Fill by clicking on the small button below your name.
