Is Match Making bugged in this new patch? Bad teams.

So as it happens, the new runes system was implemented and as a natural thing to happen, players are trying to learn the new stuff in 7.22. The thing is.. even with the new runes, you still should retain your skill. I get teams that do not know how to protect their lanes, teams that do not farm, teams that go in fights without thinking. And this is not a losing streak, I know what a losing streak is. I play safe, I ward my top lane side of the jungle, I win my lanes, I destroy the enemy towers, and then... my team destroys all my lead. I do not have a big view about myself as a player, but this is truly outrageous, my head hurts while i'm typing this down, I tell them to play safe, if you fed 0/2 you should farm under turret and all will be fine, but do not think you can kill your opponent since you gave him gold and xp lead, all you have to do is outfarm him so you win late game. I dont know what to do anymore, I have about 20-30 matches now, in this state. If this continues then I guess I shall retire from League. My mental state is much more important, but its a bad thing because I really enjoy the game.
