Ranked needs to Change!

Just got out of a game against a Malphite and Graves. Two very overpowered champs who need to be reworked. First off the Graves who I wont name goes tanky which i find to be a little ridiculous. How can a champ meant to be an ADC go tanky top and do more dmg than an adc with boogi items. Whoever reworked his kit I demand him to be fired because he basically is played everywhere but ADC. Mainly in jungle but I got a top one today. Second Malphite takes no skill and should be reported for playing the champ. I dont understand the mental fortitude it took to think of a champ that is literally a rock. Physically and figuratively he is one of the most tanky champs in the game. Please Riot rethink champs before introducing them to league first.... i believe every Player in Ranked should get a ban to ban whoever he or she wants. This is the main point of my rant and please leave comments I would really like to discuss this.
