Team Builder Feedback

I was directed to submit my feedback regarding your game modes here so here we go:

I used to play quite a bit of league and while I never made it past silver I enjoyed playing the game with some friends and using it to unwind after work. When you released team builder everything changed for the better. Now my friends and I could pick exactly what we wanted to play and know that it was going to happy. We were relaxed and chatting while waiting for a game and I never had any problem with the wait times. When those friends stopped playing the game I decided to take a break and focus on other things.

When I saw the release trailer for Aurelion Sol I got super excited and wanted to play again. I knew that this was exactly the kind of character that I wanted to sink many many hours into.

I was very surprised when I logged in and found that team builder was gone. I spend a while trying to find it again and finally had to turn to google to tell me that you'd removed it. I can't understand why you would take out a functioning feature of the game. I tried to use the normal queue but found that I either wasn't getting the role I wanted or the champion I wanted to play was banned.

The difference between getting what you want and having a 50% chance of getting what you want isn't 50%, it's everything. This is the only game I've ever played where you don't select how you want to play the game and it seems to me that forcing your players into a lottery every game is not serving them well. If people want that type of game of course you should offer it, but I can't imagine I'm the only person who wants to just queue up and play the champion I want in the role I want.

This is absolutely keeping me from getting back into the game and I thought that you should know that, for me at least, this is a deal breaker.

Thank you for making such an entertaining e-sport and while I'm going to keep watching LCS, I won't be playing your game until team builder returns.
