QoL change: Fix rune page organisation.

Personally I prefer to have heaps of rune pages instead of changing them every game. But Riot has made is a supremely huge cactus in the ass to arrange rune pages the way one wants to.

Personally I like to arrange them by position, then alphabetically. However Riot has some gypsy magic that, when a rune page is placed between, before or after certain pages, it throws it somewhere completely random. I don't know if it's trying to group them by primary tree, primary rune or some other mumbo jumbo sorting algorithm. But if it is, all it is, is a nuisance In many situations, it literally doesn't allow me to place it where I want and just keeps throwing it around everywhere but the place I want it to be.

All I want is something very, very simple. When I stick a rune page somewhere, IT GOES WHERE I PLACED IT! Not where this silly sorting algorithm dictates it to go.

Or perhaps, expand the item set feature into rune sets. So that a rune page will automatically be applied to your champion, then order is irrelevant. Then you can change from there.
