There should be some kind of Fail safe or something for when you open champion capsules
I've opened two so far and i've gotten five 450 champs and one 1350 out of a system that i assume is random?
dissenchanting that all i got about 1500 blue essence. which doesnt seem like alot when you realise i had to play 10ish matches for each level up. it feels like the progression is even slower now.
update: the next capsule gave me one 1350 champ

That's a lot more than you would have earned in IP from 10 matches...
Not to mention that, independent of this, your first win of the day is worth much more than it used to be.

Facepalm.
Reroll low level champs into permanent and get 6300 essence worth of a champion for 450x3 shards. Much more cost efficient that way. Downfall to this method is you dont get to pick which champ u get to unlock though.
It's not random. Riot actually purposely programmed it to give you shit champion shards at these levels. Everybody I've talked to has gotten at least 3 bottom level champ shards from the lvl 31 capsule and what else they got was also on the lower end. If a single person has gotten a 6300 champ shard so far, I'd love to hear about it.
