How to not get tilted?

Ok so you are in promos and you check your enemies while on the loading screen and you see 2 enemies Jungler and Mid are premade. The mid has 70% win rate and the jungle 66% win rate.

Last season bronze and now Gold with 30 games. Their match history 10 wins in a row kda 5+ playing Kata, Zed.

Do you just accept your fate at this moment? I literally wanted to leave the game. I wasted 30 minutes playing a lost game because of 2 smurfs or boosters in the enemy team. How do I avoid getting tilted in these cases. I didnt want to play anymore after.
