Fix AP Champs

AP champs are a complete and utter joke, in every sense of the word, from being hilariously broken to just absurdly unfun to play against. Why is Ryze allowed to itemize a righteous glory and be effective, or that every mage and take tabi/zhonyas and be literally unkillable once the tabis are purchased? Or the amount of control mages rampant in the game, simply shutting down all forms of aggression because one button is enough to clear the wave so they can hide under their tower, waiting for the next wave to come in? Or the blatantly broken AP itemisation making the game feel so unfairly biased to mages? Fix the game. Fix AP champs, scalings, and items. Please. It's strangling the last remnants of fun out of the game.
