I'm trying to look at it from a positive angle but I'm not sure there are any. Recently I have been in matches where my team's average level was significantly lower than the enemy team's (like 100 to 200). Needless to say the players in the other team were always much better. Is this supposed to happen with the current matchmaking strategy?

Every game you lose feels like a stab, but a win only feels like a small breeze. There’s always games that you can’t carry your team; but also remember there’s games where the enemy can’t carry theirs. Focus on those

Levels mean absolutely jack. If anything level 200+ just means they spam more ARAM or Treeline. Or they play a lot of SR but still cant climb out of the same MMR you reached in half as many games. Any way i look at it high summoner level is almost a mark of being really bad
