Disconnection after Champion Select,

Hello. I would like some assistance. After champion select, when league actually launches. I get a black screen. I usually have to wait 10-20 seconds to get the disconnection message and this process somehow repeats for like 4-5 minutes. When i join game (where my ping is 120-140) I find that everyone is almost level 6, level 5 for the least. And i get a hard time trying to comeback into the game. ANYONE could please help me find a solution? thanks
