Ideas how to get rid of kids ingame

Hello kind people! I want to ask about some big problem : How do I get rid of kids ingame ? I mean , I've wasted so much time , but unfortunately I lost because of this : Me:Cho come to help us defend. Cho:(silence) Me:(pings) Cho TP to help with Elder dragon Cho:(farming toplane even tho he got alot of farm for 45 minutes game) Me:(after a terrible throw from one of our team (not Cho ) we got annihilated) Me:Cho why did you farm all the time top ? Cho:Report my team , they can't 1 v 1

So , after this I was so depressed....its helpless to talk kindly,to flame him , to ping him , nothing helps , so I want to ask about any solution.I AM TIRED OF KIDS ! [zombie-brand-facepalm]

You don't get rid of them. You learn to predict what they will or will not do and to play around it.

You know it's possible that they didn't want to help because they were tilted. A lot of people play angry and don't take breaks in between games. The same way you think they were a kid they probably also thought you were a bunch of idiots.

I find it hilarious that you keep using 'kids' when half of these people that you're talking about are grown ass adults who are acting like 'kids'.

Children care about you and your gaming experience as much as you care about your minion's gaming experience. They exist to unknowingly set up kills for you to carry their bad asses, much like the mentality you have toward a minion. Minions don't know they feed you. They're just there, like the children in your team. You are the only constant factor in your games, so be the proactive player who makes the decisions through action. Don't even type. Before you buy, mute the whole team, and only communicate through pings or 2-word announcements.
