DQ Just stifles the development and importance of individual skill

All of these pros and higher elo players are always telling us low elo players that if you want to climb, you need to correct the mistakes you make and play to the best of your ability. In a 3 or 4 man premade with one solo player, this is almost impossible. If they want to surrender you'll have no choice but to concede. You get flamed by pre-mades if you don't play well (and obviously you can't win every game). There are so many things I could say about this but it would be nothing you haven't heard before. I get that this is a teamwork based game and maybe DQ tried to enhance that, but what's the point if people are depending on others so much in premades that their skills as units of a team diminish?
