Twisted Fate mains needed!

okay soooooo, i like twsted fate, i want to main him. I have a good one shotty esque build that consists of lich bane rabadons ludens boots and some other ap items but i need help with runes. What i use on him is a full ap rune page. I dont know if thats best, but its what i use, i have enough ip for new runes so help me out on that, also i need some just general tf tips right now i am uh silver 4 dont judge me, and thanks!
